Has anyone recently bought a 1000 and gotten a discount?

I recently sold my '02 750 (taking a $3,500 loss below my payoff). So, I'm hoping to recoupe some of that with a discount when I get a 1000 in the next few months. I'm just trying to get an idea of how much of a discount is available now.

Oh! I let it go for $9,300 and took a $3500 loss from my payoff. I have a house that's being built soon and wanted it sold. But, once that's done, I'm back in the market and looking for discounts.

my best guess for a "good deal" would be 5% off retail price with no set-up or destination charges and a complimentary 600-mile service.

i don't know what the dealer profit margin is for an agusta mille. anyone?
