My wife was convicted of 1 count of bringing in a illegal alien without representation. Wich she got 18 months. Now she is on a INS detainer. She is a permenant resident I am a citizen and so is our 4 yr old and we have been married for almost 10 yrs. What are the chances of deportation being canceled. Is there any new relief for first time offenders that have family ties in the US.
