i am getting ripped off by igroup the intrest is crippling. well this is it i had a boundry dispute when i brought my house anyway it went on for 12 months the house and the land were unregerstered at the LR.rules being rules my house was regersterd to me at the LR the boundry dispute went on any way to cut a long story short i won the land in the dispute and that was regerstered to me with no mortgage on it under a seprate title number i currently owe igroup £238000 or so over the years i developed the property onto my land and my living roon currently resides on it and the drive way access doing deals over the time i needed more money for a bussiness venture i had my bussiness partner put first charge on the land any way to cut a long story short i went bankrupt for some reson and igroup are just about to repo my house but thay dont know about this extra land i think thay are land locked now what do you think ............
