My Man, With all due respect, how easy do you want this job to be? Whether your ruler has inches or centimeters, get that sucker out, measure your guage, check it as often as is necessary, and use that puppy. If you do it that way, you won't be wondering if you are right on the money. Any elevator person worth their salt, WANTS to be dead on with their rails. Just my opinion. Mark

Mark.

It's " dead on balls " when it comes to rail being plump, square and aligned.

I just thought I'd try to " enhance " the accuracy.

Mr,Sivam,

The Exprress Lifts Co, Northampton,UK, had mechanical tools for plumbing the rails and it was good and accurate. Unfortunately Express is taken over by Otis (Evans). If U can contact them they may help U. Good Luck Vincent
