How do I encode a file that has AC3 audio?

Hi...This is my problem. I have a file that has AC3 audio and when I open it with microsoft media player, or the divx player, or whatever, it works fine. But when I open it with my Tsunami mpeg encoder to convert it into a vcd, the program recognizes it fine, but when I encode, there's no audio, only video :(

Can somebody, anybody help me convert it into a VCD? Is there anything I can download to fix my problem? Please help me!!!!

Go to http://www.doom9.net and download BeSweet (get the GUI version) and use it to convert your MP3 to what it calls MPA (this means MPEG audio). TMPGenc isn't very good at converting audio.
