My girlfriend is here illegaly from mexico. She has been here for 3 years. She "snuck in" the the U.S. and has a fake social security card. She also has a son whose father is illegal as well. I would like to marry her, but i have no idea what needs to be done as far as keeping everything legal. How long before she is legal? And do i chance losing her if we make it known that she is illegal? Will her son become a legal citizen when she becomes legal?
