I worked for the SCL in 1971-72 as an extra board telegraph operator for Chrief Dispatcher Chester Gillespie of the Raleigh Division after I graduated from NCSU in Raleigh and before going to law school at UNC-Chapel Hill. It was about the most fun job I ever had!

I have looked for years for photos of the old Raleigh Union Station when it was in operation. (The building is still in use today.) Does anyone know where I can get pictures of it?
