I just wanted to add that since I had a previous conviction of a misdermenor on (9-18-1999) they asked me to file 5 yrs later and I did and after I took my finger prints at the finger print office to become a citizen on (4-12-04) I recieved a letter for the verbal test and I went to the immigration test two days after I got arrested and bonded out on (9-22-04). Now my question is that since I havent been convicted yet did they find out about the arrest on (9-22-04) and can they still put me in deportation proceedings? thank you for your answer in advance.
