I am not positive because I do not have the book in front of me, but I believe the Stanford-Binet was first published in:

Terman, Lewis M. (1916). The measurement of intelligence. Boston: Houghton Mifflin.

According to the chapter by Crosby and Hastorf in "Portraits of Pioneers in Psychology, Vol. 4." (2000), Lewis Terman began revising his original Stanford-Binet in 1927. During the 10 years of revision, he worked closely with Maude Merrill, who eventually became the co-director of the project. Their revision was published in 1937. (The 1937 version had two alternate forms -- the "L" form named for Lewis Terman, and the "M" form named for Maud Merrill.)

In researching my chronology of events in the history of psychology, the earliest copyright record I found for the Stanford-Binet was titled The Stanford Revision and Extension of the Binet-Simon Scale for Measuring Intelligence, and carried a publication date of September 19, 1917. Not to say there weren't earlier versions, but this seems to be the first copyright. The copyright date for The Measurement of Intelligence was June 15, 1916. I think Maude Merrill wasn't a collaborator until the 1937 revision of the test.
