Can anyone suggest a good website for the research of the memory. I need to research all areas including,encoding,storage,retrevial and the key differences.

I would suggest going to a textbook. There are usually chapters on memory in introductory textbooks and in books on cognition or cognitive psychology. You might also find overview articles in an encyclopedia of psychology.
