I am using Pinnacle's studio 9. When I try burning a vcd I get 4 separate folder icons on the cd and not the movie. The folders can not be accessed. I used Nero buring software and Windows XP buring software with the same results. Help

Are you sure the video file you're starting with is VCD compliant? Nero isn't very good at re-encoding files, and XP is more or less incapable of making a video CD, unless you do all the transcoding and folder-generation by hand.
