Diêm vương bắt Hồ Chí Minh phải chọn một trong 18 hình phạt.Đi theo chân quỷ sứ, anh ta thấy hết 17 hình phạt của 17 tầng địa ngục, hình phạt nào cũng rất khủng khiếp và đau đớn như bị nấu trong vạc dầu, cắt gân, cắt lưỡi, mỗ bụng...
Đến từng thứ 18, trông thấy một đám phạm nhân bị đứng trong một căn hầm đầy phân hôi thúi ngập đến ngang bu.ng.
Mừng húm, anh liền nói với quỷ sứ:
- Thôi được, tôi chọn hình phạt nàỵ
Nói xong, anh chạy bay vào căn hầm. Đúng úc đó, tên quỷ su+' phụ trách căn hầm, la to:
- Hết giờ giải lao, tất cả hãy cắm đầu xuống!

Vietnam's human rights record deteriorated last year and authorities in the communist state continue to commit serious abuses, the US State Department's annual human rights report says."The government's very poor human rights record worsened in some respects and it continued to commit numerous, serious abuses, including arbitrary arrests and beatings," the report, issued Monday in Washington, said. There was no immediate reaction from Vietnam to the accusations contained in the report. The US report also highlights government restrictions on free expression, the press, the right to assembly and the lack of tolerance of dissidents.
Arbitrary detentions of people peacefully expressing their political or religious beliefs increased over the year 2001, the State Department said. The report also noted that several people are believed to have been killed in the central Vietnam Highlands during demonstrations by members of ethnic minorities in March of last year. Security forces also beat up numerous demonstrators and used tear gas, water cannons and electric prods against them, the report claims. Vietnam has embarked on a programme of economic liberalisation but this has yet to be translated into any increase in political freedom, according to watchdogs.

Hồ xin xem thử thiên đàng ,trên thiên đàng Hồ thấy kẻ thời đi lượm đôn trên trời rớt xuống ,kẻ thời ngôì uống "Hennessy" ,kẻ thời phì phèo "Phillip Morris" ,kẻ thời hu hý với hộ lý . . .Hồ khoái qúa nói với quỷ "Em xin chọn thiên đường" ,tức thời một toán quỷ xuất hiện bỏ Hồ vô vạc dầu ,Hồ liền la to " Ối giời quỷ lừa em" .Quỷ nạt nộ "Cảnh thiên đường chỉ là màn tuyên truyền láo khoét của bọn CSQT mày ngu thì ráng chịu ,muốn có ăn thì phải làm việc đàng hoàng chớ có mánh mung"
