I am trying desperately to determine the name of a school that was located at 1311 powell street in or around 1925-1930. The school could very well have catered to French speaking individuals. Any suggestions on how to proceed in finding the name would be greatly appreciated.

Answers

The Presentation Convent was at 1311 Powell from 1875 to around 1900. As I understand it the property was purchased by the True Sunshine Episcopal Church in the 1950s with the church fronting on Mason Street.
