Where can I find information on these theories and the research behind them? All I can really find is information on Bandura and the social learning theory, which is classified as normal, and not much at all on pathological!

Sounds like you need to read a textbook on abnormal psychology or psychopathology--especially developmental psychopathology--, and perhaps a history of mental illness. There are discussions of madness/badness in the works of R. D. Laing and Thomas Szasz as well.
