My girlfriend is serving 18mos in Ca state prison for controlled substance violation. I received a letter from her stating she was going to be deported. Not sure if before time served or when completed. She has been here since the age of 10 and had a child here.I have not heard from her in a mo. Is there any way to find out if she has been deported? Can she be deported when her child is still here?
