My boyfriend is worried, he has worked for a company for 8 months dealing with a very hostile working envirment. His boss has cursed him, threatend to fire him- saying he could have a full time job undernieth his desk full time along with pulling his hair and saying he was going to come to my house and show me what a real man is. My boyfriend turned him in and they fired him the manager 2 weeks later. All the stress had lead him into what the doctor says is a serious state of depression. The doctor has had him off work for many weeks now and he is still a mess. Does he have a case?
