My window xp got cdrw drive that can only write or is it burn music, it can't do anything to a video (mpeg,avi, etc) So do i need to buy another drive? or do i need to buy a burning software? please answer me

You need burning software. I recommend Nero, which is very simple to use and has a lot of functionality.
