Hi,

My question is: What happens if the company(Petitioner) closes 6 months after tha approval of the I-140 and the I485 is pending for more that 6 months. I need to know if it is possible to continue with this application and Adjust status without problems, or the employee needs to find a new employer.

Another question is: Is it possible for the employer to request a cancellation of this I140 application even if the company closed?
