I am writing on behalf of my mother as she lives out of the country. My stepfathers house was reposessed in November, they entered the property which was vacant at the time (we don't know where they got the keys) the locks were changed and it was then put on the market. The property is up for auction next week, my mother has payed some of the debt back, is it too late to stop the house being sold ? We have still to remove our belongings.
