titanic was built in a number of places, mainly being Ireland and England. Fitting and fabrication were carried out in the two sights. Ireland for fabrication, england for fitting. James Williams - 3rd year Chemistry student, Oxford

S'funny....I thaught it was built in Belfast, not quite Ireland and not quite England....but fully Great Britain (well depending who you ask anyway)

Belfast is considered a part of England. England, Ireland and Scotland are considered the UK.

I think the Titanic was built in Belfast Ireland.
