I have been researching and doing my homework on opening a coffee Drive Thru. I have the PERFECT location, now I need to find the Drive-thru (kiosk / cart etc) so that the health Dept can inspect it so I can get my business license and get started. No one has coffee D/T's out here, in fact the Chamber of Commerce told me I'd be the 1st in Williamsburg, which is nice except who do I ask questions to if I'm the 1st? Hi, I am opening an Ice-cream/espresso shop in four weeks. A book I bought from Barnes and Noble was a great help to me. It is "Espresso, Starting and running your own specialty coffee business" by Joe Monaghan and Julie Huffaker. I have also been looking into opening up one of these in our area. I moved from the northwest where these are hugely popular and a money maker. How did you find your location and what did you have to negotiate for it. Is it in a parking lot?
