Hi! I have come to my friends place and decided to join swimming.but i understand that swimming causes tanning/sunburn.Im supposed to get married within the next few weeks.Please suggest how do i prevent this sunburn while swimming? Thanks.

If you are swimming outside use WATERPROOF suntan lotion a little higher SPF than usual since the water magnifies the sun's effect. If you are swimming inside, it can make you look red because your so dry so just use a strong moisturizing lotion afterwards. Hope it helps, congrats on getting married.
