Columbia: FRS22-SPR-2 with built-in flashlight and 1/2 Watt GMRS 2-Pack

On January 29, 2004, I called Columbia at 1.800.889.7434. Gave the lady my info. She said the rebate was still being processed. My reference number is 7598. She said I should receive all three $25 rebates within the next several weeks.

Called and spoke with Donna on 3/1/04. She said the checks would go out this week.

Called again on 4/2/04, spoke with Barbara. She also said they were going out this week. I asked for a supervisor. Gloria. Checks will be cut on Monday and sent.

Called again on 4/15/04, had to leave a message on the machine.

Called again on 4/16. Got someone on the phone and was told I was on the check cut list for Monday. I explained this was the exact thing I was told weeks before and asked for a supervisor. Barbara gets on the phone and she tells me that Fry's and Columbia are in the middle of legal proceedings and there was nothing to do but wait.

I called Outpost.com's corporate offices and they asked me to send copies of whatever I had to jhulton@outpost.com

Called Outpost.com today asking about my rebate. Got the run around. Had to leave my contact information with a female named Leone. We will wait and see.
