I got temp residency in 92, in 93 I got1 felony conviction (for aiding and abetting use of 1 or more counterfiet access device). I plea bargained and plead guilty. Sentence was for elect. monitoring (6 mnth)& 5 yr prob. Got perm status in 95. What is the future for me? Do i qualify for relief? Main thing is if I apply , would i be mandatorily detained or not? Have wife & 3 children all US citizens.
