Journal articles by female authors

My pscyology professor has challenged me to find 2 articles written b y female authors on any subject relating to psychology. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thank you.

Sure. Check out Leta Stetter Hollingworth. She was a pioneer in psychology - did a lot of work with the gifted, and effectively challenged the variability hypothesis posited by the reigning paradigm in psychology at the time. Just do a PsychINFO search for her.

I'd also mention Kubler-Ross and her work on death and grieving. Classic stuff. How about Ainsworth, and her work in the 60s regarding attachment theory?

There are many well-published female psychologists out there, some dating from the early part of the 20th century, to those publishing now.
