i am looking for the alden appledore 19, for fixed seat with option for sliding seats.

does anyone have this boat or can tell me about there experience with it. boat is 145lb. and beam is 39 or 40 in. also seems (what i am reading very stable) i plan to use it in long island sound along the coast of conn., it will be used 50/50 with another rower.

i have pretty good skills in rowing but not with sliding seat.

i have a sea kayak that i take out

can anyone out there tell me about it
