The US kone parts line is for the most part US kone parts but find a link for the europe parts info. They have a little parts book like bound and in color, its 5x8 and 2 inchs thick, that has all the Kone parts maybe 80% of it is for europe, try and get a copy of that. I think its 20 euros.

Depanding on the parts required there are several outlets in the UK.

These are usefull for older equipment anything recent you will have to use Kone Parts Dep.

Why the hell should it be a RIGHT to get the part...if its propreitary then get stuffed...you wont get it anyway.....people that take on contracts then whine and whinge bout not being able to get parts really pisses me off.....why would you take a contract on without FIRST finding out the avaliblily of parts and service????
