Is a grade based on a personality conflict and not work discrimination

I was taking a class in my school, Empire College, on ProLaw, a legal computer program for docketing. The teacher admitted to the class that she did not know how to use the program and that we were on our own. I made myself learn the program and when I knew it well enough I started to teach it to other students in the class. When we got our grades everyone got A's except for me, I got a B. I went to ask the teacher why my grade was different and asked to see my work to see what I did wrong. The teacher told me that my attitude was the reason for the lower grade. Is grading on a personality conflict and not content of work discrimination? If the teacher did not know how to use the program how can she determine who gets A's and who gets B's? Crystal Nezgoda
