Wrongful termination?? Do I have a case?

I am a 27 year old female. I was employed at a manufactoring plant as a production supervisor. I have only been in this position for 1 1/2 years, but I have been employed there for almost four years. I am the only female supervisor this plant has, I was only the second female supervisor in it's 40 year history, the first was hired right before I was promoted and then she was fired 1 month later. Everything was fine until I was out on family medical leave for approximately 2 months with my 10 year son who has a mental illness, up until this year i was a single parent struggling with him and working to support us, I returned to work about 1 month ago, and have had no problems since. Last week I informed my boss that I just found out I am expecting another child, I am only 3 months along. I was called in to his office and terminated for sexual harrassment this week. He stated that he has signed affadavites from my employees stating that I inappropriately said sexual intimidation comments to them. I have never done these things I am being accused of. But they offered me two months severance pay if I sign a legal release, releaseing them from all liability. I am wondering if they are using this as an excuse because they are not allowed to legally terminate me for pregnancy, caring for a dependant, or for being a female. Is there anything I can do about this and if so, what can I do.
