Rope compensation

Hi, I would like to know, how can I calculate de minimun weigth I need to maintain the ropes firmly. I am designing an elevator for a 100 meters high building. My problem is the wind. Thanks in advance.

the weight of the meter in a classic cable type is about 0.43 K/m for example the Seale 6x19+1 type and 11mm of diameter. If you use only the classic type (not aramid or sintetic) you can change the type of suspension 1:1 to 1:2 or may let the minimum number of cables growing the diameter (always relation bewteen puley an diameter less of 40).

The sheaves to be a minimun of at least 40 times the size of the rope...
