Mike

The number that I seem to see alot here in the states is about $18.5k. Although, IMHO this number might drop some once the 1000's are out.. I am in Ca, and would suggest getting a bike that is already in CA and registered to avoid any possible DMV adventures.. Although, IMHO this number might drop some once the 1000's are out..

Good Luck.. Alex

Alex

I was thinking the same thing regarding price coming down once the 1000 is out. What obstacles am I looking at if I purchase an out of state bike?

Thanks

I believe CA has a 6,500 run on used bikes? Basically, a bike needs to be over 6,500 miles if bought out of state and registered in CA.

Don't hold your breath to see the 1000 come out! Regardless of what you have heard about it this company could go under at any time. Been through this many times before. If you do see the 1000, it is not going to be for at least 8 more months. And I think that is a BIG IF.

John has a point. The F4 Mille will be on sale when you see it on the showroom floors. Until then, it falls in the same category as Big Foot, the Lockness Monster, and the MV fairy! ;)

Those that have been to the factory insist that the Mille lumps are in production. It seems strange though that none of the magazines have got hold of one yet.

As for holding your breath - I wouldn't hold anything waiting for these - remeber how long the Brutale took to get out to showrooms!
