I had core decompression surgery 10 weeks ago for AVN of the Hips. My pain is still where it was prior to surgery. If the surgery is successful, when will I begin to feel an improvement in the pain? Also, I've read several places that CD is never a cure. Can it be a cure in some cases when the procedure was performed at a very early stage?
