how do human precieve feelings or emotions? what are the factors which can effect this preception and what is the system of this perception?

Answers

There are many theories about this. "Perception" may be a misleading term here. Many would argue that we do not "perceive" emotions in the same way that we perceive, say, the color red. For historical resources, you might look up William James' famous article on emotions, and Walter Canon's.
