How can I give an alert message(i.e yours expiry date is ) and database field value to an remote user when he login's to my WEB DataBase Server by Telephone Line. i.e through his Dial-up connection from his local system.

I am not quite sure what you are asking. Please explain what application your users log in to and what application you want to provide the alert with.
