I had a NCE N12SR installed in a Life-Like E unit. It operates fine in reverse, but will not respond in forward. I've tested (continuity tester) and the motor is isolated from the frame, orange/gray goes to the motor, red/black to appropriate truck pick-up strips. I've check all that I know how to check and it seems to be installed just fine.

While waiting for a new Lenz system I'm using an old MRC Command 2000 which doesn't allow for much programming. But what it does it seems to do well.

Is this a programming issue, installation issue, or problem with the decoder itself?
