I am pursuing purchase of an 8' GMC Step Van to start a Mobile Espresso Business. I would like to enter the coffee/espresso business via baby steps, then leave Corporate America when appropriate (via Brick and Mortar).

I plan to use the mobile espresso van on weekends for local events, etc.,

I would like to hear from any of you who may have information, experience, or input on how I should outfit the van for this purpose.
