how do you fit drum brakes to a cart, if the axles dont fit through them. Is it possible to drill them out so they do fit? Thank you for answering my question

i have a golf kart, not a go kart, but i modified it and changed it's appearance so u can call it a golf kart. And the problems wid the brakes are that the kart hardly stops when you press them in...idea's?

sure you can drill it out if you do it right and make sure it in the exact center of it will rub when you ride
