Slander Defemation of character

Scenario, a young lady leaving a place of employment for another job slanders her boss as she is leaving. A client heard her and pulled all of his business. Does the boss have a right to sue and what law does he use.

Answers

The young lady better have a good lawyer! The boss has the right to sue her for slander...as long as it was the truth and a fact. If the young lady was just voicing her "opinion" about the boss then there is no case.
