I had bilt a bike shop for a ownwer that did not know how or what to do.I ran the shop for 3 years,put all my spair time into helping it grow.I had mentioned to the owner that if he wanted to sell to let me know.He slod the shop,but did not ask me if i wanted to buy it.He sold it to a friend of his also knew vary little about bikes.the day after new years he fired me,i asked why and he said that one of his friends told him that i was stealing biz from him,said "I TOLD HIM THAT IWAS DOING WORK ON THE SIDE".I told him to have his friend come down and say that with me standing here,he said it did not matter.no warening at all.IS this wrongful term.
