I have a Mintek 5" Portable DVD Player Model:MDP-5860. I was wondering what video formats it supports, particularly if it will play MPEG's (of different formats) or will/can they be converted?

Of course it plays MPEG files. I have the same model and I currently use the V-CD format. It works like a charm. That's MPEG1. It also plays the DVD's. That is a higher MPEG. So you are cool man. Just make the CD or DVD. It reads MP3 files as well and plays music from CD's.
