In my third year of doing triathlons & swimming. 99% of the time I swim, whether in competition or just practice my upper abd. starts hurting. This pain continues on to the bike for approx. 5-10 minutes then goes away. Very uncomfortable feeling, slows swim and bike down. Any ideas or suggestions.
