I cannot enter this information on your website so I thought I would post it here. PSPC did not have a licence to persue debts whenit bought the debt form Citibank which is illegal

I have a letter from the OFT stating this and the fact that debts bought in this way may prove unenforceable.

When I bought this to their attention they dropped the casea gainst me

there is an unfortunate update to this story - They didn't drop the case, they came back as asset recoveries. Apparently mortgage debts do not need an OFT licence, I found out the day before the trial, which I have lost. Sorry to give false hope to people Patsy
