My Buon Caffe will no longer produce steam, it heats up, I can get hot water, but no steam, not sure if anyone has any ideas or knows of a repair place in the Seattle or Salem area that might be able to assist with getting repaired.

Mark, If it turns out that you can't get your machine fixed and you would lke to get rid of it, please let me know because I need a part for the one I have that is eight years old. I can't find any parts anywhere and I wuld be willing to buy yopurs just to have around for parts.
