Punjab Technical University Online Virtual Campus and Lovely University in Jalandhar are fraud universities. Online degree programs offered by these two universities are not recognized by either UGC or AICTE. I am saying this because I am a victim. I have paid the fee for M.Tech IT in the month of June 2003 and not got any response from them. After repeated emails and phone calls, they are not giving any convincing replies. The people who pick up the phone doesn't know how to speak in English first of all. Inspite of my every effort to get the information from the concerned people at the center, I didn't get a satisfactory answer. Ms.Pooja Kakkar, who is incharge of student queries doesnt even respond for the emails. I have sent some 50 emails to her and I hardly got 5 replies from her and in all the replies the information is vague.

So I request you people not to join these two universities who are there to mint money. It is sure that these universities doesn't exist for the sake of students.

PtUonline exams are withheld by the Punjab Technical University for the various unknown reasons. The reasons can be best known from the PTU office, Jalandhar.
