CompUSA screwed me with my Nextel Phonegreenspun.com : LUSENET : Corporate Suckup Forum : One Thread
I bought a phone from CompUSA on-line and one month later it died. I called CompUSA to send it in to get repaired and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I sent it to Motorola to get repaired and Motorola said it was out of warranty. CompUSA sold me a phone that had no warranty. CompUSA has really bad customer service. Does anyone know an e-mail address of corporate headquarters that I can contact about this??
