Is this possible? How could I collect the heat outside and warm the water inside?

could build a basic solar collector. A glass panel with black tubing inside a box, facing the sun. Run the tubing to the waterer. Trick would be , keeping the water from freezing in the box. SO, you use antifreeze, in the tubing. Then run the tubing around / under the waterer, to transfer the heat. Would need to install a flow valve adn insulate the tubing from the box to the waterer.
