I have 2 original watercolors by John Pike. I purchased both directly from him in 1964 or 1965. We used to live in Woodstock. One is a woodland scene with a lovely rabbit painted in Woodstock, I believe, the other is a seascape (wave)painted in Hawaii. They measure about 29x21 inches inside the matting. I also have some cartoons that were done for my father, by John. I may be interested in selling one or all and would like an opinion as to what they are worth. Thank you, Vicki Little

I recently purchased a John Pike Giclee, "Ahead of the Wind" (numbered). Where can I find out more information about when this watercolor was painted and what its value is if any?

I beleive I have an original watercolor done by John Pike. I purchased it at a garage sale 5 years ago. It is a lady sitting by the window. A cat is sitting on a chair. A large fireplace to the right of the picture. There is a glass of wine (I beleive on the table. It is set in the early 1900. It is on a board and framed. In the back of it is stamped Fred Pike and Fritzi CP 483 It is signed by John Pike.
