You are doing a real good job of maintaining that unit. If you do not know what any of the faults are maybe you should let the men in green maintain it. You probably just won the price war.

Message to OTIS DUDE Your at it agian. You only know your codes because OTIS Give you manuals / Data. Someone ask's for help on OTIS & you try to shoot them down. Maybe the original poster has knowledge on other equipment that you may require one day? Ever thought of that. Also get real business is just that. If OTIS stopped ripping off people, then perhaps they would stay with them. I find it very difficult not to use words that are out of place on the BB, but your attitude simply disgusts me. If you can't help with a question then don't comment, no-one wishes to hear your brainwashed comments on the Big 'O'.

yesterday at midday it was ok ... first i didn t read the courses well .... my fault .... change rotate direction both in the LMCSS and the OVF30 rack i did change the machine direction by interchanging U V W ... but i didn t do it in the soft ... the encoder was ok ... i did check it ... in fact the rack allow me to check me the speed of the car ...i didn t have to look at the error logger ... that s my fault ... but .... the logger said something strange ... what 's wrong into reading the error message ? i don t know ... but that s what i did , instead of doing what the doc tells me to do ... have a good night ... a blue otis one .... bye charles Paris France

in the past SAF tracking errors can be caused by the tacho cable running in the the same trunking as the main motor cables. it was noted that otis engineers run these seperate.

it can also be the result of a very bad brake ... i tried these case this week ... the same lmcss fault new VF motor on a 38 BT ... and to much compression on the brake it makes the car run a lot under the dictated velocity ... Have all fun ! and take care !
