Before the aquisition of the IC 2-6-4 double enders, the 4-4-0's used in suburban commuter service south of Atlanta were supposedly turned at each end. On the north end, they were most likely turned on the downtown wye (at least I would assume so). Anyone no how/where they were turned on the south end, presumably Jonesboro?

If I'm not mistaken, didn't it back in one way, and pull out forward the other way? I think I read this somewhere that it wasn't turned at all.
Also, from what I understand, central and southern did not share trackage in Griffin, only crossed there near 9th st.

This is pure speculation, but I'd take a SWAG that they were probably turned at Griffin or Barnesville if they ran that far south. I know there is a wye in Barnesville, my NS track charts seem to suggest there might have been one in Griffin at the M line junction to Williamson at some time or another.
