If you are thinking of a stick shifter like in a car with 6 positions (1-5 and reverse), then you cant because of the nature of how motorcycle transmissions work. What u can do is to route the shifter (and clutch, unless its a centrifugal clutch) up to where u drive from with the clutch as a pedal, like a manual car(3 peadals), and put the gear shifter as a lever that is just forward and back instead of up and down like the motorcycle. You of course wont have reverse because motorcycle transmissions dont have it, but you will be able to change gears, just 1st forward and 2-5 back (assuming its a five speed) This would make it appear like a car but in reality your "stick shifter" would just be foward and back
